OnlyFans release form

An OnlyFans release form, in the terms, is the written consent and identity proof you must hold when someone else appears. Each person is either a creator you have tagged, or an adult of at least 18 whose identity you have checked and whose written, informed consent you have.

OnlyFans release form for partner is the same rule. A partner is not exempt. OnlyFans release form for non creator is the second branch: they do not need their own creator account if you have the ID and the written consent, and you can produce them when asked. We do not host the platform's PDF. Use the form inside OnlyFans.

Record a co-star before you post

  1. Check age and identity. The person must be at least 18. Keep a copy of the proof of identity the terms describe.
  2. Get written consent. Consent has to cover sharing the content on OnlyFans. A verbal agreement is not what the terms ask you to keep.
  3. Tag them if they are a creator. If they have a creator account, the terms say to tag them with the on-platform tool.
  4. Honour a withdrawal. The terms say a person in co-authored content may withdraw consent, and the content may then be deleted.

Other platforms

Fanvue requires co-creator documents when a real person's face, body or voice is used, including in synthetic edits. A fully synthetic character does not. Fansly requires you to identify depicted creators and keep government ID and written consent. Those are their rules, not a shared form.

Questions people ask

Can I post someone and send the paperwork later?

The terms say you warrant that you already have the identity proof and written consent, and that you will provide documents when asked. Missing documents can mean the content or the account is restricted, and earnings can be withheld.
